By accessing and using RapidWing Couriers services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
RapidWing Couriers provides courier and delivery services within Greater London. Our services include:
- Same-hour urgent deliveries
- Same-day deliveries
- Next-day deliveries
- Scheduled deliveries
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are calculated based on distance, service type, and any additional services requested. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
4. Prohibited Items
We do not transport the following items:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Weapons or ammunition
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods (unless specifically agreed)
- Cash or bearer negotiable instruments
- Live animals
5. Liability and Insurance
RapidWing Couriers carries standard goods-in-transit insurance covering items up to £500 per consignment. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request for higher-value items.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or recipient unavailability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund
Cancellations made within 2 hours of scheduled pickup: 50% refund
Cancellations after courier dispatch: No refund
7. Claims
All claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery time for lost items). Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation including proof of value.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
